12-week climbing program

Training with FulGaz

The Climbing Program consists of sessions within the FulGaz app, plus advice on what rides to do on other days. There are two links below for guides for two different abilities.

The programs are built based on the lives of real people who balance family, jobs, kids, and cycling so with this in mind we’ve made them accessible for everyone.

These are guides to help you get the most out of your time on the bike and guide you towards doing the correct type of training even when you’re not using FulGaz. If you’re not sure which guide is best for you – Download both.

The key difference between the “Beginner” and “Keen” programs is the sessions are shorter in the beginner version of the program. They range from 40 minutes to 55 minutes max, meaning you train inside whilst balancing life’s other commitments.

Beginner program

If you’re pressed for time, but still want to make gains in only 5-7 hours per week, download the beginner 12-week climbing program.

Keen program

If you’re targetting a hill climb event or looking to challenge yourself, the keen program requires 10-13 hours of commitment per week.
